MBNEP leads local leaders on tour of 12 Mile Creek restoration
Last week, The MBNEP led a group of local leaders on a tour of progress in the highly-targeted restoration and stabilization of 1800 linear feet of stream in the headwaters of 12 Mile Creek. We deeply appreciate the invaluable support of all our partners in working with us to preserve and restore the health of the waterways of Mobile and all of Coastal Alabama. Special thanks to the City of Mobile, Sandy Stimpson, Goodwyn Mills Cawood, Stantec, Headwaters, Osprey Initiative, and American Sport Fish for their work and support of this project. Together we are helping to Create a Clean Water Future for generations to come. For more information on our comprehensive Management Plan, please visit the Three Mile Creek Watershed page.
