Notice for Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Eastern Delta Watershed Management Planning
The Mobile Bay National Estuary Program seeks a qualified environmental or natural resource planning, engineering, or another similar firm to prepare a Comprehensive Watershed Management Plan (WMP) for the Whitehouse Creek (HUC 031602040502), Upper Bay Minette Creek (HUC 031602040501) and Lower Bay Minette Creek (HUC 031602040503) watersheds in Baldwin County, Alabama. A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process will be used to select a firm who can develop such a conceptual engineering master plan based on new and available data. Statements of Qualifications (Statements) must be sent to the attention of Christian Miller and received no later than 3:00 p.m. CDT, Friday, November 19th.
